The firm is dedicated largely to serve Indian Producers, Importer, Exporters and User Associations before Designated Authority and various legal forums such as CESTAT, High Court and Supreme Court of India. We have assisted various companies in defending their interests in investigations conducted in India and by other investigating authorities across the World.  

The firm has been assisting Indian Producers wishing to request imposition of anti dumping duties, Foreign Producers wishing to respond to the Investigating Authorities and consumers wishing to protect their legitimate business interests. Apart from legal assistance, we are also involved in strategy formulation so that the interests of the clients are served to the fullest.  

We are involved in providing our active support and comments on the issues relating anti-dumping, safeguard and countervailing laws, negotiation upon which is continuous going on at WTO.
